Are you our new Online Marketing colleague?
The Dream Properties Group* with, among other things, Dream Properties International and Dream Properties Valencia, is located in the center of Valencia (Ruzafa district). We guide people in realizing their dream: buying a house in Spain. In addition to a lot of personal communication with our (future) customers at our office, via fairs and telephone, there is also a lot of digital contact via our various websites, social media, live chat, newsletters and online campaigns.
To expand our team, we are looking for an enthusiastic, creative and enterprising online marketing expert for this new position, who knows how to set the right tone in all customer contacts. Together with our team, you ensure the best possible customer experience, whereby speed, accuracy and a high service level are very important. We want to realize dreams! Teamwork makes the dream work.
What are your tasks:
- Optimizing the customer experience through all online channels, including all websites and social media;
- Devise, set up, monitor and evaluate online campaigns through various channels;
- Responsible for the creation of content, including newsletters, advertising, social media, blogs and websites (SEO);
- Helping and guiding (future) clients of the Dream Properties Group in the broadest sense of the word:
– provide information about our working method and buying a house in Spain,
– advise on regions, possibilities and housing,
– customer contacts and guidance during the entire search and purchase process as well as after sales.
What we ask of you:
- Completed HBO education, preferably in the direction of Online Marketing/Communication and at least 2 years of demonstrable relevant work experience;
- Knowledge of and experience with (online) tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, WordPress;
- You are service-oriented and put customer interests first
- You are proactive, accurate, enthusiastic, work in a structured way;
- A smooth, flawless pen in Dutch and English (a little Spanish is an advantage) and you like storytelling (SEO optimized)
- A go-getter who likes to learn new things, is decisive and goes for the best quality
- Very good communication and problem solving skills
- Humor and fun in your work and life!!
