The Dream Properties Group*, which includes Dream Properties International and Dream Properties Valencia, is located in the center of Valencia (Ruzafa district). We guide people in realizing their dream: buying a house in Spain. To expand our team, we are immediately looking for an enthusiastic commercial approacher, who knows how to find the right tone in all customer contacts.
On a daily basis, you are responsible for all first-line communication with our (future) customers, whether it concerns people who request information by mail or chat, by telephone or by visiting the office. You also make selections of properties and schedule viewings.
Together with our team, you ensure the best possible customer experience, whereby speed, accuracy and a high service level are very important. We want to realize dreams! Teamwork makes the dream work.
What are your tasks:
- Helping and guiding (future) clients of the Dream Properties Group in the broadest sense of the word and in Dutch, English and Spanish.
- Providing information about our working method and buying a house in Spain, advising on regions, possibilities and homes.
- All customer contacts and guidance during the entire search and purchase process as well as after sales.
What we ask of you:
- You are service-oriented and put customer interests first.
- You are proactive, accurate, enthusiastic and you work in a structured way.
- A smooth, flawless pen in Dutch and English (Spanish is an advantage).
- Very good communication and problem solving skills.
- Minimum MBO work and thinking level.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Living in Valencia.
