After phase 1 of this new-build resort was quickly sold out and completed, fortunately there is now a phase 2!

This resort is close to Gandia with all amenities such as schools, shopping centers, sports centers and medical facilities and of course miles of sandy beaches. The resort is located 70 km south of Valencia and its airport.

The apartments (facing east) with 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms, have a very convenient layout, all with sea view. The spacious terraces actually provide an extra living room. The kitchen is fully installed, all apartments have an underground parking space with storage.

Because phase 1 has already been completed, you can use the beautiful swimming pools, sunbathing areas, playground for the little ones, jeu de boules and social club.

The resort is accessible for the disabled through the existing lifts and landscaped footpaths.

Phase 2 will consist of the delivery of a total of 16 apartments with 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms, divided into block 13 and block 14.
The latest delivery date is now planned for April 2023.
