The project is located in the municipality of Finestrat (Alicante) and covers a 23,508 m² plot divided into two main areas: one for detached villas along Calle México and another for apartment blocks along Calle Ecuador. Construction will be carried out using reinforced concrete footings and slabs, based on geotechnical studies specific to each building.
