There's a choice of different models and building plots, and whether you choose slab-based or structural construction: the exact price will be calculated based on the model and plot size.

All villas are built on urban building plots ranging from 400m² to 1300m². We have plots available ranging from €87,000 to €115,000.

The project is being managed independently and will be completed approximately 12 months after the permit is issued. MedVilla therefore recommends purchasing a building warranty insurance policy (price approximately €4,000), which provides a 10-year safety and warranty on the construction work. We can, of course, assist you with this process.
